RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Petnoi. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at petnoi.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at petnoi.store@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at petnoi.store@gmail.com.
